The OMA and MRC enhance the educational success and opportunities for students of color. OMA also provides programs to promote student retention and address the needs of students on a personal, academic, social and cultural level. The MRC operates to promote cultural awareness, sensitivity and diversity for the campus community.
Masters Program Assistant (brief description)
Assists with the coordination of programs in the MRC and serves as liaison
for students and student organizations in planning and coordinating the activities
of the MRC. Develops programs on issues of diversity, multiculturalism and
cultural awareness. Assists with the overall operations of the MRC which also
includes working with the student ambassadors and the Diversity Peer Education
Team.
