- Kessler, Michele (LSS) Volunteer for Franklin County Teen Court program, ongoing since Spring 2007.
- Lumpe, Mark (SHS) Volunteer for Locally Grown Jams, Summer 2007.
- Malin, Emily (UAC) Brookcreek Learning Center Board Member, ongoing.
- Merritt, Robin (UAC) A Child's World Day Care Board Member, ongoing.
- Moody Patsy (SHS) Lawrence Sister City Delegation to Eutin Germany, Spring 2007.
- (OUR) The Office of the University Registrar had a "Relay 4 Life" team for Douglas County (American Cancer Society). OUR team members were: Cindy Derritt, Marla Herron, Ronda Morgison, Judy New, Renee Wilsner, Grace Vaughn, Pat Argueta, Bria Wilkins, Joan Hahn, Kim O'Bryon and Alyssa Taylor.
(SIS) Joanne Hickey joined the OUR team for the relay.
- Porras, Precious (OMA) Volunteer for the Topeka Humane Society, ongoing since September 2005.
- Vancil, Sara (OSFA) Staff Ambassador for the KU Center for Sustainability, ongoing.
- (Union) KU Dining donated a percentage of deli sales for one week (May 14-18, 2007) to Heart-to-Heart to aide Greensburg, KS in their clean-up efforts after an F5 tornado. A total of $2,500 was donated.
