A new enrollment record was set in Fall 2008! With 30,102 students enrolled, the University of Kansas broke the 30,000 mark for the first time. This new record includes 26,999 students at the Lawrence and Edwards campuses, and 3,103 students at the Medical Center Campus. The freshman class also broke new records, with 4,483 students, a record-high ACT average of 24.8, and a 19.3% increase in multicultural enrollment.
